As you may be aware, Vante Inc., a Machine Solutions Company, has completed its merger with Crescent Design, Inc.  It is our intent that this merger will broaden the equipment and services provided to our customers.  We have begun to utilize the synergies of the merger, both from an administrative and an operational perspective.  In addition, the manufacturing of the Crescent Design product line has now moved to our facility in Tucson, AZ.  The San Diego office of Crescent Design will be closing as of February 1, 2022.

We will continue to market and sell under the Crescent Design brand however, as a result of integrating our two companies, we request all future Purchase Orders for the Crescent Design brand of products and services be made out and addressed to:
